Quick and easy: With the RMA online form, we offer you a quick, easy, and comfortable option to process RMAs directly online.

Please completely fill out the form. Please request a separate RMA number for each product.

Please read the notices regarding RMA processing:

  • Only for registered clients!
  • Comfortable, quick and easy.
  • Please affix the RMA number you received and the confirmed RMA form clearly visibly on the outside of all products to be returned.
  • Please never glue, write on or damage the original product packages. (Use window envelope and outer packaging). If the original packaging is damaged, then we must charge you a fee of 15%.
  • Please always remove the device accessories and remove all memory extensions, modules, etc. that are not included in the standard equipment. We assume no liability for the loss of additional components and accessories returned to us that are not part of the standard equipment. 
  • We will test returned products for the errors you name in the form. If we are unable to ascertain the error you’ve described, then unfortunately we must charge you a fee of 15%.
  • The issue of an RMA number is only valid for the return of one product and does not automatically entitle the holder to a credit.
  • Please return the product(s) within 5 working days carriage paid and sufficiently insured to the address provided to you.
